Do you offer installation and warranty on machines?

Yes. If you’re located within the M25, Hertfordshire, or Essex, we offer free installation. All Elektra machines also come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

How long does delivery take for espresso machines?

Machines are shipped directly from Italy, so delivery times may be longer than coffee orders. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and contact you after purchase to confirm delivery and installation details where applicable.
