Are prices shown inclusive of VAT?

All commercial machine prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be added automatically at checkout, in line with UK regulations.

Do you offer installation or setup support?

Yes. If you’re located within the M25, Hertfordshire, or Essex, we can arrange installation. For other locations, we’re happy to advise on setup requirements and coordinate with your installer if needed.

How long does delivery take for commercial machines?

Commercial machines are shipped directly from our suppliers. Delivery times vary by model, but we’ll confirm lead times after purchase and keep you informed throughout the process.
